Followed P Attia off and on. On his podcasts (The Drive) he and whoever he is talking with will go to levels of health and physiology that aren’t in textbooks. But he is very evidence based.
That sounds like the Peter I saw in the book. Some of the stuff he was talking about went so far over my head and frankly, I'm not interested in taking it to that level. But I think just getting a lot of exercise and eating halfway decent gets you ~80% of the benefit.
Your take on this is very good. So many things that can help are in my control. Wish I could add sleep to the list. 👊

In the gym virtually every day. I'm the guy who's trying to extend the healthy years to stave off the decline. Problem is parts wear out.
